Inn on Broadway Expansion

Owner-developer Bob Fallone was planing to add an addition 66 hotel rooms and 18 two-bedroom apartments in a new construction project at the northeast corner of Scio and Broad Streets.  The boutique hotel currently has 25 high-end guest rooms.  However, the tragic and unexpected passing of Mr. Fallone in November 2021 means that the fate of the project is unknown at this time.
