The 26-story former Chase Tower has been redeveloped into a mixed use commercial and residential building. A total of 113 rental units are being built, with 96 units completed and 17 under construction, on floors 14-26. Floors 4-13 are upgraded commercial office space.
Major building tenants now include Datto, Partners + Napier, ITX, and the Bar Bantum restaurant and Chase Bank on the first floor.
