<description><![CDATA[June 2007<br />RDDC Staff<br /><br />The <a href="http://www.paetec.com">PAETEC Holding Company</a> has named <a href= "http://www.gilbanebuilding.com">Gilbane Building Company</a> of Rhode Island to act as the developer of its headquarters site at the former Midtown Plaza site in downtown Rochester, New York. <br /><br />Bordered by Euclid, Broad, Clinton, and Main Streets, the former plaza is widely anticipated to be redeveloped as a mixed-use site jointly administered by the <a href= "http://www.empire.state.ny.us">Empire State Development Corporation</a> and the City. <br /><br />Gilbane's experience includes extensive work in the County of San Diego and the Robert F.
