The City of Rochester’s RPO Under the Stars is a free outdoor concert produced in collaboration with Downtown Definitely Events. \nNo tickets are required. Bring a blanket and chairs. Grounds open at 5:30 p.m. with food and drinks available for purchase. \n \nRPO Under the Stars is presented by the City of Rochester in partnership with Downtown Definitely\, a new series of free events and activities produced by the Rochester Downtown Development Corporation (RDDC) to bring the community together and shine the light on downtown with great new experiences. \nNo pets\, alcohol\, or bicycles are allowed at Parcel 5 during the event. If attendees bring a bicycle they are encouraged to lock it up outside the event grounds. For the safety and security of all\, all bags\, purses\, backpacks\, lawn chairs\, etc will be searched upon entry. Individuals 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or an adult 25 years or older. An adult will only be allowed to accompany up to two unrelated youth. Valid photo ID is required. Adults must accompany minors at all times. \nFood and Drinks\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nActivities Coming Soon\nAbout the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra\n \nThe Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra (RPO) has been committed toenriching and inspiring our community through the art of music since its origins in 1922. The RPO presents approximately 150 concerts and broadcasts a year\, serving up to 170\,000 people through ticketed events\, education and community engagement activities\, and concerts in schools and community centers throughout the region. DESCRIPTION:The heart of downtown will become a destination for free Autumn festivities including pumpkin painting\, games and inflatables\, crafts for kids\, giveaways and other seasonal activities to be announced closer to the event.
