Rundel Library North Terrace

Part of the ROC the Riverway plan, this project is creating a new outdoor, public terrace overlooking the river, with a new installation of public art in the works.  It is located on the southwest corner of East Broad Street and South Avenue on the north side of the historic Rundel Library building.
