Eligibility
The Toolkit is available to organizations planning an outdoor permitted public event in downtown Rochester. Eligible users include:
Community Groups & Nonprofits
Local Businesses
Cultural Organizations
Any entity with a great idea to activate downtown Rochester public spaces!
Requirements:
To apply for items from the Pop-Up Events Toolkit, you must:
Be hosting an outdoor permitted event in Downtown Rochester* (Must provide proof of City of Rochester Event Permit)
Be hosting an outdoor permitted event that makes a positive impact and helps support a vibrant, welcoming downtown for everyone.
Ensure your event is open to the public
Provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance
Complete the rental application form
Please note, availability is not guaranteed. Use of the Pop-Up Events Toolkit is subject to approval.
