Get moving downtown! Fitness in Washington Square is a FREE outdoor fitness series featuring weekly workouts led by instructors from Vault Rochester, in a beautiful downtown park setting.
Each week features a different workout, from yoga flows to high-energy HIIT, bodyweight bootcamps, and total-body sculpting sessions. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, it's a great way to get active and enjoy the summer.
Registration is recommended, but not required.

The RTS Transit Center on St. Paul St is a short walk to Washington Square. PARKING
There are many surface lots and ramp parking garages conveniently located near the event. Metered on-street parking is in service from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays. Please read the signs and only park in legal spots. Washington Square Garage is off of Woodbury Blvd. Find the website here.
