You’re invited to participate as a promotional partner for our upcoming event series, Midday Bash, at Parcel 5. Midday Bash is an outdoor, bi-monthly event that draws folks out of their apartments and offices downtown with food trucks, live music (DJ or performer), and lawn games from 11:30AM- 1:30PM. This years 2024 dates are listed below:

We’d like to showcase more ground-floor businesses in the downtown area at these events and invite you to vend or table at an upcoming Midday Bash! A little more information on the promotional partnership opportunity:

How to participate:

We ask for (1) $25 gift card to your establishment, to be raffled off to attendees – there’s no other cost to participate!
Dates are first come first serve;

What you get:

1 Feed Post, 1 Story Post on our social media (FB & Instagram) tagging you as the promotional partner for that day’s event
A dedicated spot* for you to promote your business – you can:

Vend (for non-food retailers)
Pass out promotional materials for your business (brochures, business cards, coupons)
Provide samples (food retailers)

*Please note that if you choose to vend, we ask that you bring your own set-up, including tables, chairs, and/or a tent.

Downtown Definitely Events is a series of free events and activities founded in 2022 and produced by the Rochester Downtown Development Corporation (RDDC). Downtown Definitely Events take place in downtown Rochester from June through September 2024 and include food, festivals, music, movies, and more shining the light on downtown to create great new experiences and help bring the community together again.

Downtown Definitely is a joint initiative of NYS Empire State Development, Greater ROC and ROC2025, Rochester Downtown Development Corporation, Partnership for Downtown Rochester, and the City of Rochester. Their shared mission is to grow economic vitality in Downtown Rochester by bringing the community together and improving its street-level and riverfront experience.
