Be a Part of the 4th Annual Downtown Definitely Event Series!

Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Downtown Definitely Event Series.

To be considered as a vendor, please complete the application form below.

This opportunity is open to retailers, informational booths, and promotional vendors only — our food vendor and food truck application is now closed for the season.

Each approved vendor will be assigned a 10-by-10-foot outdoor space and is responsible for providing their own tent, tables, and chairs.

Events take place rain or shine, so proper sun and weather coverage is required. Tents must be securely fastened or weighted to prevent movement due to wind or inclement weather. Upon arrival, vendors will be directed to their designated space by event organizers.

There is no fee to apply or participate, applying does not guarantee approval. Vendors will be notified of their status after their application is received and approved.

If your organization is confirmed and later cannot attend, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can update our communications with attendees.

Downtown Definitely Events is a series of free events and activities founded in 2022 and produced by the Rochester Downtown Development Corporation (RDDC). Downtown Definitely Events take place in downtown Rochester from June through September 2025 and include food, festivals, music, movies, and more shining the light on downtown to create great new experiences and help bring the community together again.

Downtown Definitely is a joint initiative of NYS Empire State Development, Greater ROC and OneROC, Rochester Downtown Development Corporation, Partnership for Downtown Rochester, and the City of Rochester. Their shared mission is to grow economic vitality in Downtown Rochester by bringing the community together and improving its street-level and riverfront experience.
